Al Jusur PM Consultancy is a UAE-based, independent, client-side advisory firm founded by Dutch and Chinese partners, combining over five decades of international experience in structuring and delivering complex projects across Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf.
Our work is shaped by a simple observation: projects rarely fail due to technical capability, they encounter difficulty when approvals, coordination, and decision-making are not aligned.
This is particularly relevant in the UAE, where project delivery depends on coordination across multiple authorities, consultants, and contractors operating in parallel.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to support clients in navigating the complexity of project set-up and delivery in the UAE.
We act on the client side to ensure that project setup, approvals, and delivery activities remain aligned, supporting clear decision-making and reducing the risk of delays, rework, and misalignment.
