Al Jusur PM Consultancy is a UAE-based, independent, client-side advisory firm founded by a Dutch and a Chinese partner, combining over five decades of international experience in structuring and delivering complex projects across Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the UAE.
Our work is shaped by a simple observation: projects rarely fail due to technical capability. They fail when approvals, coordination, and decision-making break down between the parties involved.
This is particularly relevant in the UAE, where project delivery depends on coordination across multiple authorities, consultants, and contractors operating in parallel.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide senior, hands-on project expertise, wherever it’s needed on a project. Client, PMC, or contractor, we work on their behalf for the length of the assignment.
