How We Work
Al Jusur is not a project management consultancy in the traditional sense. A PMC manages delivery against schedule, budget, and scope. We represent the client's interests directly, working alongside them, whether or not a PMC is already part of the team. Engagements are available as fractional support or scoped packages, shaped around the specific situation rather than a fixed service model.
