That experience shapes how we structure projects early, not just how they’re managed during execution. It spans industrial developments, manufacturing facilities, and cross-border projects involving multiple delivery interfaces.

It also shapes our approach in the UAE specifically, where coordination across stakeholders, authorities, and approvals is critical to successful outcomes.

Engineering & Advisory Experience

Technical and advisory experience of the Partners includes:

    • Technical due diligence for industrial acquisitions
    • Construction audits and facility investigations
    • FIDIC-based claims and contract management
    • LEED documentation and facility inspections
