Al Jusur PM Consultancy was founded in 2025 by Dutch and Chinese partners with over five decades of combined project delivery experience across Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf.
Our work is grounded in senior oversight, structured coordination, and independent client-side representation. The partnership was formed to support international organisations entering or operating in the UAE.
Our experience spans complex industrial, infrastructure, and institutional projects, and our role is consistently built around clarity, discretion, and alignment.
